Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs checks, weather, or other events outside our control.

Once an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Frozio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier first and then email us at hello@getfrozio.com. We'll do our best to help.

15. EU/EEA Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please email hello@getfrozio.com before the withdrawal period expires. We will refund all payments received (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days after receiving your returned goods. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
