Shipping policy

1. Processing Times
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery
- United States: ~8–12 business days after dispatch.
- UK & EU: ~7–14 business days after dispatch.
- UAE & Middle East: ~5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Rural/remote areas may experience longer timelines.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays may occur.
3. Tracking
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact hello@getfrozio.com.
4. Shipping Fees
We currently offer free standard shipping on all Frozio orders. No shipping fee or tax will be added at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Frozio currently does not add tax, duties, or extra customs charges at checkout. For eligible Frozio orders, the price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
6. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed delivery, we may offer reshipment once the item is returned to us.
In these cases, additional reshipping costs may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier first and then email us — we'll do our best to help.
